Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Dubai-SA Tours. A deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 60 days prior to departure. Full payment is required for bookings made within 60 days of departure.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:

• More than 60 days before departure: 10% of total cost
• 30-60 days before departure: 50% of total cost
• Less than 30 days before departure: 100% of total cost

3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and other potential issues. Dubai-SA Tours is not responsible for any losses incurred due to lack of insurance coverage.

4. Travel Documents

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date. Dubai-SA Tours is not liable for any issues arising from invalid or missing travel documents.

5. Changes to Itinerary

While we make every effort to operate tours as planned, Dubai-SA Tours reserves the right to make changes to itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, political situations, or operational requirements.

6. Liability

Dubai-SA Tours acts only as an agent for the various service providers and is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or irregularity that may occur during travel. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour package.

7. Complaints

Any complaints must be reported to our representative immediately during the tour. Written complaints must be submitted within 30 days of tour completion to be considered.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
